A sample is most useful when both sides know what it is meant to confirm. Before requesting baby diapers or pull-up pants, decide whether you are reviewing the existing Shensenlei range or developing a product under your own brand. That choice affects the sample brief, packaging discussion and quotation.
Shengyalin combines manufacturing and international trade; Shensenlei is our own baby care brand. This checklist covers our baby diapers and pull-up pants. Other product categories have separate order conditions.
Our sample policy: samples are free. The buyer pays freight, and samples are dispatched after freight payment. Ask us to confirm the selected samples, freight amount and dispatch schedule.
Baby care order minimums: Shensenlei wholesale starts at 30,000 pieces; OEM / private label starts at 100,000 pieces per model.
For Shensenlei wholesale, identify the current product and sizes you want to evaluate. Our large-pack taped diapers cover NB–L; pull-up pants cover M–XXL. Use the product and packing comparison to choose the relevant references.
For OEM, explain the intended market, desired product format, size range and target specification. An existing product sample can be a useful starting point, but it should not be treated as approval of a different material, construction or custom-printed pack. Ask which requirements the proposed sample represents and which still need development or confirmation.
Custom printing, artwork development or tooling requirements should be quoted separately if applicable. The free-sample policy is not a quotation for those services.

Check the inner surface, edges, leg guards and overall finish. On taped diapers, review tab attachment and adjustment. On pull-up pants, review the elastic waistband, side seams, leg openings and rear disposal tape. Record observations for each product and size rather than using one result for the whole range.
Compare the sample with the size and weight guide on the product page. Review the intended fit for your customers and record the sample reference. A size letter is not a universal specification across suppliers, and overlapping weight guides do not make two sizes identical.
If you compare absorbency, leakage or surface dryness, agree the test method and conditions first. Use the same procedure for the samples being compared and retain the results. A quick water-pour demonstration alone is not a complete performance specification.
Tell us any test reports or destination-market documents your buyer requires. We will review the specific request; do not assume that a sample photograph or an unverified general claim establishes compliance.
Check the brand, size marking, pieces per retail bag and outer-pack description. The current Shensenlei large-pack collection uses four retail bags per outer bag, with piece counts varying by product and size. For OEM, agree the pack count, artwork, language, barcode and shipping marks separately.

Keep a record of the sample name, size, photographs and the points you accept or want changed. For an OEM project, list requested changes in one brief so the sample, quotation and intended packaging describe the same product.
Our OEM customization guide covers the product and packaging options to discuss. You can also review our manufacturing and quality-control page.
For existing-brand baby care wholesale, the minimum is 30,000 pieces. For OEM, it is 100,000 pieces per model. Ask us to confirm how your chosen products, models and sizes are allocated; do not assume that different products or sizes can be combined to meet a minimum.
Include your destination and requested delivery date. Product price, sample freight and bulk shipment freight are different quotation items. The Shipping Fee page provides a shipping inquiry route; the actual amount depends on the confirmed shipment.
Production lead time, payment terms, available size mix, shipping packaging and shipment arrangements need to be confirmed for the order. Share your timing requirements early so they can be reviewed before you commit to a customer launch.
